Rockdale Classic Laptop Messenger Bag, Saddle Tan - Briefcase Designed to Fit Laptops 13", 14" and up to 15.6 Inches

I have had the Rockdale Classic Bag for about 1 month now. I wanted to ensure that I used it for a while to be able to give a fair and complete review.First, this is a reliable and well-built bag. The materials have shown no sign of wear and I use this bag daily, bringing my laptop and materials from home to work and clients. All of the stitching is done with heavy threading and the material is very durable. On the first test, durability, this bag passes with flying colors.Second, this bag is spacious! One of the main reasons I bought this particular bag was because the bag I had before just didn't have the room I needed for all of my materials. My bag is basically my office desk, holding my laptop, notebooks, paperwork, pens, headphones, cards, etc. This bag has room for everything and has room to spare. Let me assure you, this bag will allow you to carry everything you need - and then some.Finally, the bag just looks good. I spend a lot of time with clients and I need a bag that is attractive as well as functional. This bag has a professional look and feel.You won't go wrong with this bag. It has it all and is very well priced!

This bag is very dark - it looks black in some lighting. It's spacious, has great pockets, and is pretty lightweight. Overall, it has a nice, classic design that looks professional but very useable.The hardware is nice - not cheap or flimsy. I would recommend this, especially because of the price. I think it would be difficult to find another bag of this quality for this price.

I am overly joyed with my purchase of this laptop bag.The first thing that stood out to me was the size of it, it's definitely created to be able to truly carry things that will help you be productive. Some laptop bags have minimal compartments and are so tight that you wonder if people can actually pack things in there to get work done. To me, the point of a laptop bag is to be able to store all of my relevant things in there and not need a secondary bag to put a charger or folders etc.Secondly, the color/look is great! I've gotten countless compliments on my bag at work since I've gotten it (about 2 weeks). Nothing about this bag screams vegan or "Not leather". It's very professional and will fit in any and every meeting room, as well as your local Starbucks.Lastly, I've been searching for cruelty-free leather products for quite a while. Now that I am more dedicated to this lifestyle, I decided to take the leap and purchase a non-animal leather product and I can't be happier. You always hear that nothing is as durable/nice/fashionable as an actual leather bag etc. That's not the case with this product!If you're on the fence about buying this....stop thinking....BUY IT! You won't regret it.

I knew that I was buying a vegan (faux) leather bag and my expectations were modest. The bag arrived within 2 days, was nicely packaged, and I was very pleasantly surprised. It looks very leather from a distance, the color of a standard beige leather handbag. It is much lighter than a real leather bag, does not have a tacky look and does not have a bad plasticky smell. It is well designed and appears sturdy. There are two zipperedcompartments: the one in the front is divided with a padded separator, and the a slightly smaller one at the back. My 13" laptop fits loosely into all 3 slots. I expect a 15.4" will fit in snugly. The bag is an inch or two taller than other messenger bags I had, so the top creases a bit, when not full. I am able to fit a laptop, some folders, 2 paperbacks, overnight clothes and a shaving kit. This is a perfect workbag for me to take to school daily, and also for an overnight trip. I thin it is very high value for the low price.

Wasn't sure I'd like the material, being that it's not leather, but it turns out I think it looks great! Nice case, super well made, not overly heavy, but fits my larger work laptop, a 1.5" 3-ring binder, another stack of papers, a few pens and it all fits, not tight, plenty of room. Love that. Only change I'd make is the interior fabric is a bit loud, if they used something with a silkier fabric, to line the case it would be nicer. Otherwise, it's great.

I wish I could be happier with this purchase. The bag looks fantastic, holds my 15" laptop with no problems, I love that it has the handle and strap, and it's very sturdy, considering I've loaded it up a number of times with my computer, books, and papers. Unfortunately, the quality is not the best. I bought this bag only six months ago, and two things have already broken. First, the shoulder pad is extremely flimsy, and ripped right off within two months. That's not awful, it's simple to adjust without it, but yesterday, one of the snaps on the front closure broke. It's not easily fixable or replaceable, and now the bag makes an unprofessional clinking sound when I walk.

Nice bag, inexpensive price. However, after a little use, the clasp fastener river came apart without a way to repair.

Received several compliments on the honey almond color though it does scratch easily as most "pleather" products do. Zippers operate smoothly and the magnetic clasps don't come loose once locked in even during the 3x week flights. Padding and pockets fit my 14" laptop snugly while leaving room for several more accessories. I like the segregated zippered compartments and velcro pockets stay shut. Wish it had a zippered pocket on the front flap for the small, quick access type items so that one does not need to open the entire front flap to get to things. Would have also been nice to have an interior fob to hang keys on but not a deal breaker. Would buy again.
