I would have given it 5 stars... this is not a particularly new or cutting-edge item I don't think, but the design is great, the sound s surprisingly good, and it pairs easily with everything. Had to give it a 1-star pendalty for an oddity... using RCA to 3.5mm I hooked it directly to cable box, just for kicks. Normally you would then control whatever sound settings and volume etc.on the device. Ive tried any numger of ways to address the issue... no dice. Just will not evidently turn up or down volume no matter how or when you press the up/down. It comes on and stays max volume, which is not too loud, but loud enough to be annoying. Could be just the cable box and not (only) the spider cube. I have kind of a ridiculous umber of speakers, many with aux, so not a big deal necessarily, but would have been handy from time to time. Overal I like this thing, pretty unique speaker and sound is not at all bad for what it is.
