This product is great for constipation whether due to infrequent visits or hard stools. As it contains magnesium it helps to increase the amount of water in the large intestine which is a natural stool softener and far Safer than taking those harsh ingredients found laxatives. Its also my go to electrolytes for those hard cardio days in the gym. Highly recommend

I add 40 or so drops of water to a litre and down it every day. I no longer get calf cramps which used to wake me at night. I have read several times we are short of minerals more so than vitamins. It does make the water taste different but I like the taste. I’ve been using Concentrace for several years so I guess I’m used to it.

Great product!

The taste is absolutely awful and stays in the mouth all day. Really strong bitter taste from the magnesium. Enough to make you gag. The Elete drops are much more palatable. Also woke up with a chronic headache the day after taking it. Not sure of any benefits yet. I will come back and edit my review if I get any positive benefits from it.

Came open so all the liquid was not in it … waist of money
