I think this is doing it's job. I don't really have the appropriate software to check but I like the product it seems like it's great quality

The package is nothing like what's in the display pic the pad came sandwich between two piece of card board and nothing more.If you are going to charge 5 dollars to ship a piece of silicon that's the size of my middle finger at least Package it right..The themal pad while it's better than the stock themal pad on my r9 290 Its advertised as 17.0 W/mK but it performs like a 6 W/mK.It's not a terrible product just over priced and I feel ripped off...Conclusion: it does the job not as well as u might hope but it does work better than the stock pads..

Worked well, lowered my overall temps on my card.

Saw a pretty impressive drop in VRAM temps on my 2x EK water cooled r9 290x. In most cases, I saw as much as 20C difference. Highly recommended! This is just enough to cover two cards. Just make sure you plan out/stencil where and how much you need.

15-20c improvement on Windforce 290x VRM temps. Great product.
