Versatile and flavorful
I frequently buy these for my vegan dishes. The 3 flavors are great to make different dishes, like "beef" stroganoff, "chickn" soup, or mushroom gravy. They melt easily in boiling water, and taste fantastic.

On the salty side but has good flavor.
As a vegetarian I use these all the time & 1 have purchased many times. Just be cautious adding salt to any dish you use these in as any bullion they are very salty.

Great for vegan "meat" substitutes
I've used these to make so many meat substitutes, all of which I found to taste amazing. However, it's been years since I had meat and I didn't know if it just tasted good to me because I hadn't had the real thing in a while or if it legitimately tasted like the real deal. My best friend is very picky with his food and doesn't like to try anything new. The first time I used the "beef" flavor to make spaghetti with ground "beef," he didn't believe me it was vegan. I made him some to take to work and he was telling anyone who would listen or taste it how it was his favorite meal and there was no meat! He always goes back for seconds and has said he now wants to decrease his meat intake because he never feels stuffed or too heavy after eating it. It's definitely worth the cost and at first, I didn't think I would use all the flavors, but now I do and will order more.

Love this!
The cubes are perfect for individual use as well for multi-use. I love the taste and it's not a lot of sodium. This was an excellent choice for broth especially as a vegan it's hard to find things that I like. The price is affordable so I will order this again.

My favorite! Makes great vegan meat substitutes
I absolutely love these bullion cubes! They all make these delightfully rich broths that don’t have a carcassy aftertaste because they are vegan. I’m not even vegan but I’ve started to hate the taste of any broth made with animal bones/parts, so these are a godsend! We have them on our Subscribe and save because we literally use them up in a month. We use them to cook pretty much all of our savory dishes because I can’t have butter( vegan or otherwise) or a lot of oil,but can cook with broth. Definitely a great buy! *****Update ****** These bullion cubes are even more amazing than I first thought! I’m always dabbling in creating recipes to make vegan gluten free meat substitutes that contain no corn, no wheat (obvs 😊), no sugar and are not tempe based and I finally created one that tastes pretty darn great thanks to these bullion cubes. I take 1 extra firm block of tofu, add a tsp of garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, gf liquid smoke and 1 full cube if you like it salty or half a beef or chicken cube if you want it medium salty and blend it in the food processor. Once it’s paste-like I line a small baking pan with parchment paper and spread the paste as thinly as I can with a tiny spatula then pop it in a pre-heated 450 degree oven for 25 mins. I don’t let it cool, I use cookie cutters almost immediately to cut out the “meat” slices then I cut the leftovers from the cookie cutter into strips with my kitchen scissors to use as additional meat bits. My husband loves this stuff , he says it’s not rubbery like he expected from a meat made of tofu, has a nice mouth feel and it tastes pretty meaty! I have to give credit where it’s due because before I used these cubes all my Tofu meat substitute attempts were pretty dismal. I took some pics of the most recent “beef” cold cut slices I made so you can see what it should look like and left the recipe just in case you want to give it a shot! You can also try this recipe using pepperoni or sausage spices *and a third of a bullion cube*if you want faux meat on your pizza. 😘 Sometimes I get extra fancy and use a very light mixture of beets to color my salami, tamari for my beef, a mix of beets and tamari for my pastrami , and sometimes a light smattering of turmeric to color my chicken slices but it is totally not necessary. I tried to make v lox with this Method and it was a dud the best thing to make vegan lox is still peeled and cooked celeriac ,seaweed, pickling and lox spices 🤷🏽♀️ Oh well, I tried!

Lot of Uses
I use these often for seasoning and to enhance the taste of food. Vegan gives it multiple uses. Sodium content is high so be careful not to use too much. Seasoned some collards I made for a vegan friend with then and they loved it said it gave great flavor. Will buy again.

The best I have tasted of all those I have tried.
These are delicious for being natural and enjoy them in cooking soups, beans, rice & casseroles. Recommend if you are a vegetarian or vegan or even a meat eater. Delicious no matter your preferences in food choices.
