If I was not a student, I would definitely buy the 20+ one because my biggest concern, for now, is not internal but external. It does come like 6 oz. in an 8 oz. jar but after seeing what it has been doing to my face, it is not even a concern. 15+ tastes great! I usually buy raw organic unrefined honey from a natural grocery store and they definitely don't taste the same. This is denser and you can definitely taste the quality. If you have a serious stomach or any other internal problem, eat one TBspoon a day. If you want to stay healthy, eat one Teaspoon a day because it is strong and yummy! I started applying this on my face as a mask after cleansing and toning my face after the shower. I used it 3 days and kept it 30 mins each night. I didn't see much difference but when I started leaving it over night, I had amazing results. After I started using this honey as an overnight mask, I quit using the adapalene/differin retinoid. It is definitely not easy and comfortable to sleep with it but it is WORTH IT! I had a huge cystic pimple growing around my chin area again and I felt so down that day.
