I have probably ordered well over 12 bottles of this brand in the last 3 years , for me and my parents . And the quality and texture has been perfect on the past - grainy , and smelt really good . I ordered this time again after a year since I had previous stock I had ordered a year back (I order 3-4 bottles in a go) . And the whole thing looked frothy , looked nothing like ghee . And there was a plastic cover floating on top . And in this cold weather , a ghee is supposed to solidify to some extent . But this ghee remained liquid , indicating it was unadulterated with some oil . I have attached picture of this ghee and video that compared the liquify consistency of this ghee with the homemade ghee my mom uses (which stayed solid and firm). And both ghee were kept on the table for over a day , indicating there was no temperature difference between two . And what’s worse is that we had an upset stomach after consuming this . So we heated this ghee to see if it helps with consistency and other issues . But upon heating , the ghee smelled so bad . My mom always makes homemade ghee when she can and I know what a ghee should smell like upon heating . Either this is adulterated ghee or the quality has gone down . I wanted to see if this issue was with just my batch or if others had any similar issues . Upon checking Amazon recent reviews , I noticed many other (recently) have faced similar issues with quality (ghee being frothy and liquidy with no smell of pure ghee) . I need to find another good brand for A2 ghee I suppose .

This is by far the most tastiest and original Gir cow ghee. It has the raw original flavour. The texture is perfect the way it is originally supposed to be granular. Consuming for medicinal properties and happy with the results. People from village side who consume raw ghee or homemade fresh ghee from their cows in farm would immediately recognise this products purity and freshness. I have personally visited their farm as a part of industrial visit, I have seen their processes. Definitely go for it.

Warm, nutty aroma, golden hue, and grainy texture feel genuinely pure. The cultured, bilona-prepared A2 ghee elevates tadka, rotis, and coffee with a clean, rich taste and minimal after‑grease. Comes in a sturdy glass bottle and handles medium‑high heat well. Priced on the higher side, but a little goes a long way.
