great bands that held up
very sturdy. I used it for about two months, 3 days a week, and the bands haven't lose its elasticity. life, bendable, making it very easy to bring along during travel.

Nice compact bands
I am in live with this band set. I mostly use the small 30LB one and boy oh boy, does it make my arm muscles work. Highly recommend it! I walk about 4 miles daily and use the band to make all sorts of exercise while walking.

Kind of meh
The plastic sections split apart during my first use. Made it trickier to grip because then the handles bend in half. Cheap plastic. I guess you get what you pay for.
