Excellent Natural Way to Relieve Heartburn
I have had issues with acid reflux and heartburn for years. When I was first diagnosed with it, the Dr. prescribed Prilosec and left me on it for several years. After doing some research on proton pump inhibitors (which Prilosec is), I did not like what side effects people experienced after being left on them for extended periods of time. I also noticed that my food digestion was becoming compromised, so I started looking for a healthier, more natural alternative. I discovered these tablets in a local health food store and decided to try them. They work well for me and have a spicy ginger flavor. You can chew them up and swallow without drinking water afterward, but I like to drink some water after chewing a tablet since I find the ginger flavor a bit strong.

A pretty good herbal remedy for nausea
I must take daily medication that often leaves me nauseated. Because of this I am prescribed 3 different medications for nausea. They usually work, but occasionally they don’t. I was aware that ginger was often used as a natural remedy for nausea, but I had never tried it. Feeling like I had nothing to lose, I initially purchased one packet of 24 tablets. The relief of nausea that I experienced exceeded my expectations so I purchased the larger box of this product containing 10 packets of the tablets. They’re worth every penny! Because of my wonderful experience I’ve told friends about the product and promised that I would share a packet or two of the tablets with them. These tablets are often the first thing I turn to when I experience nausea, especially during the daytime, because they don’t cause drowsiness. I encourage the use of this product as a natural remedy, but before taking these tablets one should first make sure that this herbal remedy doesn’t interact with any medications that one is prescribed. It seems like people are using natural products more than ever, but sometimes serious interactions can and do occur. If you’re unsure about whether this product is safe for you to take, ask your doctor or pharmacist if it would be ok. Also, if you don’t like the taste of ginger, you probably won’t like these tablets. I mention this because these are chewable tablets. Two tablets are considered one dose.UPDATE: OCTOBER 14, 2021I still think these ginger tablets are great. I still continue to order them and share them with friends and family. I also take them myself when I begin to feel nauseated. They remain effective at alleviating most cases of nausea that I experience. I wanted to reach out and share my continued positive experience with this product. I hope and pray that others that try this product have the same great experience that I’ve had.

Best anti-nausea product I've found! Works quickly. Easy to chew and swallow. Portable. Perfect!
I have chronic nausea and Ginger People products are the only things that help. Rescue Tablets are very strong and work quickly. They're a hard powder but when you bite them they break into small powder that's easy to swallow with no liquid. They're in individual blister packs and pop out easily. I keep them in every room, and my pockets and purse. The flavor is strong, like ginger ale, but not spicy and goes away quickly after swallowing. If you don't like ginger (I don't!) you should still try them! Gluten-free, certified non-GMO, low sugar. I use them often, plus they have a long shelf life, so I buy this one which has 10 packages. Be careful when ordering. Some individual boxes are priced so high it's easy to think you're getting the 10-pack. Ginger People customer service is excellent, so call them if you have questions. (I'm not endorsed or given samples. I'm just a satisfied customer and want people to know!)

Love these!
Traveling? Long flight? Short flight? Just an upset stomach? General digestion issues? These are awesome! I’ve used these for all the above and even just before bed - I find I sleep better. I bought a whole pack thinking I’d have them for months…nope! I’m finding they work so well I’m giving them to family and friends for their travels etc. The taste is very strong of ginger, but the relief and results I find are worth it. Gave to a friend who doesn’t like ginger at all for their DC -> London flight and first thing they wrote when landing in the UK were just how amazed they were by how much these helped with inflight upset stomach due to cabin pressure etc. I wont travel without these and a pair of compression socks again!

Helps settle the stomach
Ginger products are not cheap, so buying these tablets in this 10-pack is the best way to go. Be aware that the taste is a bit strong (peppery). I prefer the mango flavor which is mild and pleasant. These tablets come in blister packs of 12 and can easily be slipped into a pocket or wallet to take with you anywhere. The ginger helps to settle your stomach and will also help with nausea.

Works well, like extra spicy gingersnaps
Bought these for motion sickness, I get it generally on planes but sometimes in cars. It's excellent, works well for sickness prevention as well as for certain types of stomachaches(some of my stomachaches even pepto can't help with)It was a lifesaver on my recent Disney World trip, the 2 hr plane ride there was the worst I've ever had(literally felt like we dropped two feet at one point, terrifying) and while there was some dizziness I didn't feel a bit of nausea thanks to chewing up two of these before take off, normally I'd have puked my guts out. I also ate them before certain rides that were rumored to be terrible for motion sickness and had no issues.I also gave some to a pregnant coworker who was having an awful time keeping her weight up with nausea and vomiting, it helped for a few weeks but didn't last sadly. She was grateful for the short time it gave her though.
