I’d guess yes. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Didn't fix MY problem but the part was perfect *by T***2 on March 24, 2025* This actuator did NOT fix the problem...because my actuator was working as directed by the HVAC control panel. I was lucky enough to have another Escape with the exact same Auto-temp HVAC system. I put the new actuator in my '12 Escape the problem (no heat on driver's side) was still there. I removed the actuator and watched as it rotated at what seemed to be somewhat related to my driver's side temp knob. But each time I installed it, it drove the blend door all the way to the coldest positition (no air directed to the heater core). Swapped with the identical car and the NEW actuator worked perfecting. And his working driver's side blend door actuator FAILED in my '12 Escape.Swapped the entire center HVAC control set and my unit failed in the other car and his HVAC control worked in mine. At least I know where the problem is. This actuator is used in three locations in my car so I am keeping it rather than sending it back for a refund. Amazon and Ford are not at fault; it can't fix a problem actuator if your actuator isn't defective. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great! *by C***C on May 18, 2021* This fit my 05 Escape Hybrid's battery cooling blend door. With vice grips, a bit set, and plenty of dexterity and patience I swapped this out in like 20 minutes without doing anything but pulling the cargo panel out a little ways. They were not configured correctly for my vehicle, even though they indicated that they were. The gears would strip because the gears tried to move the door further than it should.
