I bought two of these for Xmas to gift my husband and his father. Both men loved the gifts and my husband has been using it weekly to smoke cheese bc, and I quote “this thing is so cool and fun”.I find that the smoking of the cheeses my husband has done was effective, did not take a lot of time, and had staying power as he decided to bring a smoked cheese to a get together and even though it had been a couple of days since smoking the cheddar, it maintained that smoked flavor just fine.

Works great! My friend really liked it as a gift! Fun to use and taste smokiness with our whiskey!

This is a terrible product for smoking alcohol. The dome, made of plastic and not glass, is not high enough to put a small glass underneath. I threw the box away before we tried it for the first time. Otherwise I would have returned it. The price is definitely not justified.

We use the foghat for many of our evening cocktails and love the new height we've achieved. Haven't used it with food yet. But still love everything!!!

Really a disappointment.Wood block is too small in my opinion to place much charcuterie and the dome being plastic and lighting it on fire is a bad idea for many reasons.
