I have been a heavy diet soda addict for 18 years, and I am a 56 year old woman, and I have tried many times to quit, and failed :( I was so happy when Diet Pepsi took out the Aspartame, and replaced it with a healthier sweetener. But, it still wasn't healthy for my body to be drinking that much diet soda each and every day, which I figured out to 4 to 6 cans a day. I know, that is very excessive ;) LOL I have lost 45 lbs in three years, which was good, but I lost it by eating less sweets, and cutting back on second servings. I knew I wanted to quit diet soda, but how?? I was so addicted to it, and I was scared to have the bad and sometimes severe side effects, with going cold turkey. I didn't know what to do, so I did some research on Google, and I came across these Caffeine with L-Theanine pills, and I read the reviews, and there were more positive, than negative, so I figured why not, and purchased a jar. I drank my last can of Diet Pepsi, on Sunday, and I started my new plan to quit on Monday, and I started to feel the withdrawals of not having my morning can of diet soda when I woke-up in the morning, and I started to feel kinda jittery, and shaky inside, and feel a slight headache coming on. So I ate a bowl of cereal, because I read some reviews to take this pill with food, and then I took one pill, and within an hour I started to feel better, more calm, and the shaky and jittery feelings started to subside, and so did my headache. I was so happy, and thought wow, this is super great, if it can help me to quit diet soda. Later in the afternoon, I started to feel a little tired, so I took another pill, and I was feeling good and less tired, and was impressed so far. I have to say, I have not drank any diet soda for 4 days, and for being a addict of soda for 18 years, I feel great, and haven't had any cravings for it, and honestly I don't miss it, and I think it's all because of this product, and it has made it so easy to give up the diet soda, and not get the bad withdrawals, that I was dreading. I have not had one withdrawal so far. I only take one pill in the morning, I have been taking these pills for 4 days now, one pill once a day, and I would highly recommend this product to anyone that needs a boost of caffeine, and want to quit drinking diet soda, or cut back on coffee. I will continue to buy this product, and I am so thankful that I have found this product, to help me break my addiction to diet soda, it's a life changer for the better. I feel more calm, and relaxed, with more energy, and in a better mood :) I know this product doesn't work for everyone, but I am so happy is has worked for me so far. FYI: I hate coffee, and Alcohol, and I never drink it, and I don't smoke, or do drugs, so I don't need to rely on these other unhealthy substitutes for energy, or to calm myself down with :) I am so thankful for this product, that I can finally give up diet soda, and be more healthy!!!!! I'll keep this brief. Does it work as advertised? Yes. I have tried pure caffeine capsules without the theanine and I felt a bigger burst of energy, but, these provide a cleaner energy. There are no jitters or added nervousness/anxiety as experienced from other caffeine pills. If you're looking for a substance that wont make you feel wired but will definitely increase concentration, this product will satisfy that need. This has definitely become my go-to for studying long hours and improving focus.However, my only issue with this product is that there are many other companies out there providing the same exact feeling. The only reason I buy these over the competitors is because the company has a better reputation. But I still find myself using other companies' products many of the times because these are simply too expensive in comparison.

I obtained all purchases on time and the products are WAAAAAYYYYYYY better than anticipated! Only three days in and I've noticed the results and I am very sceptical of products like this but after seeing all the amazing reviews, I just had to try! I purchased DHEA, NEURO-PEAK, CALM NOW, and ENERGY+FOCUS and I have to say that I will be placing these on pre-order plus my boyfriend will be purchasing himself a few that suit his needs. With that being said, I have severe problems with ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression which have affected me for as long as I can remember. I'm currently taking the medications Adderall and Lexapro to help alleviate some of the symptoms and for anyone who has ever taken Adderall, you know that the effects diminish over time and there are side effects to boot. On day one, I took only these ZHOU products without taking Adderall and I was very levelled and focused. Day number 2, I took them in conjunction with my Adderall and it was like a whole new experience as these seemed to enhance the effects of my script in a healthy manner and allowed me to really get homework done without distraction! My anxiety has also seemed to lessen with these products and that's saying something as I have some major panic attacks and agoraphobia. I will update my review after I have taken these for 3 months and add more reviews as I try more of their products!
