It does seem like it’s cheaply made but I’ve had mine for almost 5 years and only
I’ve had this coffee pot for almost 5 years. I LOVE it!! It does exactly what I wanted it to. Not having to wake up to an alarm clock- I don’t like setting a coffee pot timer. I prefer picking up my phone and hitting Bree from the comfort of my bed where I can wait for the coffee to bemrew from the comfort of my bed. I don’t have wake up and jump out of bed because the coffee is already an hour old or it’s getting ready to auto shut off and I don’t have to get up groggy, go turn it on and then wait for it to finish brewing.Only negatives I have is it only brews 8 cups and it’s didficult to turn back on manually to keep the coffee warm if you don’t finish in the 2 hours.

I love it so far
I have been using the BrewGenie for a week now. I have tried both manual mode and remote mode and it worked as expected. The best feature is, if you put he BrewGenie in the office, you can start brewing when you are leaving your house and a pot of freshly brewed coffee will be waiting for you. It also have a feature (I have not tried it yet) that you can track the amount of coffee left, so you will restock coffee supplies promptly.
