I was so excited to be able to buy just one (I only have hearing loss in my left ear) that I wasn't careful. it is HUGE! I can't even get it in my ear. And it buzzes, and it amplifies ambient noise better than a human voice. I should have paid more and gotten noise cancelling. Live and learn. After reading the horror stories about trying to return them and get a refund I decided to just take the loss, throw it away, and move on. After all, they were quite inexpensive. Hey...I guess you really do get what you pay for. Run far, people. Run fast.
