I first used a magnetic bracelet about 20 years ago for a dodgy knee - and it really seemed to help. Recently, I've developed arthritis in my thumb so I thought I'd try magnets again but decided to buy a new bracelet. Contrary to some reviews, the tool supplied to remove links is brilliant. It works well and is a 'piece of cake' to use. The clasp is strong & positive and will not release unexpectedly. I chose 'Black' and it looks smart but not too obvious. The quality is very good and I like wearing it. I feels slightly heavy at first but very soon you don't notice it on your wrist. As to my thumb... I have only worn my bracelet for a few days but already the pain is significantly reduced and the strength is returning. It's early days but having had success years ago with my knee (with a less 'powerful' magnet), I'm confident my new purchase will help. Overall, I'm delighted with the MagnetRX bracelet. .

I have the smaller version of this,and it's brilliant for me.I have painful arthritis in my hand and wrist,due to many years working with hand tools .I got mine and within a 3hr time limit and the pain just faded away, unbelievable,but true. I persuaded a good friend ofine to get one as he has the se problem as myself. It did nothing to help him. My wife has a problem in her hand ,after many years typing,office work.I let her use mine ,and it did work for her but not as good as I'd hoped .So I bought this extra strength bracelet, and it started working straight away,the difference is amazing,pain free first the in a long time .For us two, fantastic ,great buy.It may not work for everyone, so try a less expensive one first, or borrow a friend's, if it works you'll be so pleased,then get a better one. Obviously too big for my wrist so the first night I wore it around my ankle. Did not awake up with back ache which I had been doing for months, so much so I was considering a new mattress even though it was only two years old. Once I had managed to remove it from my ankle the links were very easy to remove. I did contact the seller regarding the difficulty I was having in undoing the bracelet. They responded within hours saying that the clasp could be adjusted by a jeweller and offered to pay any costs incurred. The jeweller was not able to adjust the clasp,but it is getting easier the more I open it but I still need assistance closing it. Overall, I am very pleased with it and would highly recommend it.

This worked from the moment i put it on, i have suffered for years with my right shoulder. dislocating it several times when i was younger and competing in motorcycle sport, arthritis then set in and the inevitable round of GP visits pain killers etc. I have had the copper / magnetic bracelets before but they do not compere in any way to this bracelet. It has completely stopped the dull aching pain that ran from my shoulder to my hand making the use of my arm almost impossible, and typing this i can feel the joint starting to hurt but thats where it stops when i have finished it will go away it will not continue to ache yes the joint does hurt if i twist,extend or hold it in an unsupported position that wont change it is a damaged joint and only surgery will change that, but that dull ache has gone i am finding also that i can sleep longer on that side again without the lasting pain.amazing product.

I'm sure that this works for some people but it didn't for me. It fitted OK after I had had a link removed at a jeweller's and it looked good but it just didn't work. In fact if anything it made the pain from the arthritis worse. eta - A few months later I am using this again, but wearing it under a soft fabric wristband; and it seems to be working better now.
