Q: What is the length from the bend to the part that screws onto the tire valve stem?

From the 90 to the end of the threads,valve stem, is 1.1/4 inches long. From the 90 to the beginning of the threads 3/4 inches.

Q: Will this work for rubber stems on my aftermarket rims?

These only work to extend existing metal stems. I did not know this until after i got them.

Q: Does the female end swivel, or do you have to turn the whole unit to install

yes, that end swivels- BUT, I will tell you, That I ended up removing them because it caused a small leak. I would get the proper angled stem next time
