Busy Beacon Universal Online Indicator and Busy Light for Headsets and Phones, Works with Sennheiser, Plantronics, Jabra, VXI

I was hesitant to get this due to the price, but there were no other competing products that seemed to work as well as this and still meet my needs. I am really glad I did. What first impressed me was the quality of the components. It feels and looks like a well designed product.The other impressive thing was how much customization you can do to have it match your phone system, but it didn't take me more than 2 minutes to have this working on a standard Panasonic desk phone using a Plantronics wireless headset. The speaker phone didn't turn the light on at first, but once I read the instructions, which are also great, I had that working immediately.You can also change how long the light will stay on after silence, which seems like that would be nice to have. And I love the light. You can't miss, and it looks modern and sharp.The only question I was left with is if I can purchase a 2.5mm extension cable so I can move the light outside my door, but it looks so nice on top of my second monitor I am not sure I even want to move it.Last, it has a sticker (that still looks good) over each main part and under it says Kuando Busylight. So it seems they are rebranding or white labeling it, but this was competitively priced so it makes no difference to me.

Didnt last. Wont work with your Skype on laptop. Over priced for what you get

My wife told me what she wanted and I searched Amazon and found this. It worked greatSet up was easy and it was/is a good value

These are MUCH smaller than I expected. They are as thick as a average sharpie marker and as long as the grey part. However they work well and if people are aware they are there they do their job.I would however recommend calling headsets.com or ordering from them directly so you get tootsie rolls. I was tempted to give this a 4 star review for lack of tooties rolls, but Amazon is just slow to the customer service game. har har har /s

I love this because it shine BRIGHT in every direction. I sit at a corner desk and people can walk up to me from any direction. This light helps them see I'm on the phone from everywhere as long as I'm using the Headset. It doesn't work if you use the handheld receiver. Many people in our office have light that just shows in one direction which if fine if people approach you from one direction only but this one is a 360 degree light. It's red and now I'm not interrupted half as much as I used to be when I'm on the phone. The people who do interrupt are just THOSE kind of people.

Works great! Had a little trouble getting it set-up, as the instructions were not clear, but other than that we do like this product!

I purchased this about a year or so ago and it worked great up until recently when it stopped showing that I was on a call. I would not recommend this and instead recommend purchasing a Jabra Busylight or Plantronics Busylight direct from the manufacturer.

Great product! I used to walk around with the wireless headset and my colleagues would always be confused as to whether I was on the phone or not. Now they know with the Busy Beacon! Easy to set up, quick to deliver. Thanks Headsets.com for offering another useful product!
