The media could not be loaded.  The first one I received kept items hot but the temperature Gauge was faulty, the company sent another one out immediately and I’m happy with this product

It keeps the liquid hot for up to 5 hours.

I was actually looking forward to this product, it seemed like a great idea. Sadly, it is a bust.• The temperature is inaccurate, and it cannot be calibrated to my knowledge - of course the instructions are in Chinese. It was filled with cold iced tea, and read 19Cº. That would be 66Fº. My tea had ice cubes in it.• The temperature only reads in Cº. Silly - this is the US and the vast majority of customers are familiar with Fº.• On the positive side, it was not advertised as being able to be sublimated, but I can report after some testing that it is. Would have to be very careful, however, there are plastic parts.SUGGESTIONS:Provide a way to read FºMake sure the thermometer is accurate and reading the interior contentsProvide English-language instructions if you are selling in the US

Good product, works very well. But reads in celcius, and no option to change it.

My coffee was made at 8:00am tC 98. At 2:pm my coffee was tC 38.It is really doesn’t matter how cute it is if it doesn’t serve a purpose.

Very good quality of cups keeps everything nice and warm or very cold only down fall was instructions where all in Chinese !! But they worked out great

Es muy bonito y cómodo pero realmente no mantiene los líquidos calientes por mucho tiempo tal vez 2 horas por máximo. Al final no cumple con las expectativas.
