My arm compression wrap is digging in my armpits. Very painful. Any remedies?

This also happens to me !! To the point it leaves a red mark on my armpit !! ,, these don’t really feel comfortable I rather use a compressor that I put on separately to be honest and when you do get a bigger size the arms are loose I need compression. Not looseness ,, hopefully you make the best choice for you

My arm circumference is 19 inches and underbust is 44 inches, will the 3xl fit?

Yes it should my arm was a 14 and underbust is 40

Does the section with hooks in the Front come off entirely if you want?

yes the section at the top can be all removed totally.
