Bitter Apricot Kernels
The Bitter Apricot Kernels arrived within a couple of days of order. They weren't securely packaged, as asked for the item to be, being they are a non return item. Hopefully item will provide the benefit it states. The price for the size of the bag is good, appears fresh. The bitterness is bittering, but it's not horrible. The texture is soft, not hard to chew. The Kernels are small and must be chewed in order to get the benefit. Because they do look like little almonds, keep out of reach of children and unsuspecting adults. I would purchase again.

Not going to leave 1 star because I did get what was advertised but I ate about 3 of them and my mouth/lips got numb. Almost like a numbing shot you get before getting your teeth worked on/ Had the same taste or flavor. Im not sure if that's normal or not but I couldnt find any reviews or posts with numbing side effects. After 30 minutes I dang near felt like I was high, light headed and a bit dizzy. After all those side effects I thought I poisoned myself lol and im sure thinking that didnt help. Im not sure what happened but I probably wont be eating any more.
