After a year of trying Keto creamers, I finally found one I can trust, and it's yummy!!
I finally have a cup of coffee that doesn't weigh me down! When I started searching for a healthier creamer, I never thought it would turn into a year of trying some not so pleasant options. I just purchased my 12th bag of Anthony's creamer and donated all the other products I'll never try again. I've learned you have to play around with what suits your taste and a little goes a long way. I froth it with bit of hot coffee and when it gets yummy and creamy, I add the rest of my coffee. You may have to stir a couple times, but it tastes so good, sometimes I drink it too fast! I went from a 6 cup of coffee a day habit down to 2 or 3. This creamer is just the lift my low carb life style needed! I definitely recommend Anthony's!! All of their products are high quality.

So Good That I Put It On My Subscribe And Save!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is an excellent, flavorful and economical product which I like MUCH better than hoosier. HELPFUL HINT: I mixed this once as directed with a blender/mixer BUT found it a lot of mess and clean up over getting better results putting a new batch into a large mixing bowl and just stirring it with a wire whisk...clean up was much easier, too. I make 2 quarts at a time and store it in glass bottles because I use loads of cream in my coffee as I eat OMAD. One package gives me 4 quarts/One full gallon for $19.00 as opposed to wallyworld's horizon cream which comes to almost $45.00 for the same amount and isn't even tasty as this.Well Done ANTHONY'S, Keep Up The Great Work!

Ignore the smell
Smells like it is gonna taste stinky or spoiled tastes absolutely fine. I was a little worried but made it anyways and it was totally fine.

Possibly my best creamer option!
For many years, I used plain (not flavored) soy-based creamers in my coffee. Maybe it was an acquired taste, but coffee with a little soy creamer in it became the normal flavor of coffee to me. Although I can handle dairy, I thought (for awhile) that soy was a healthier substitute, and you could find these creamers everywhere. But soy has fallen out of favor, and gradually it became nearly impossible for me to find the top three soy creamers in the stores. Wildwood disappeared from my local shops, then Organic Valley, then even Silk became scarce. So I began experimenting around with the many other creamers on the shelves. Coconut or almond creamer, coconut + almond together in a creamer, plant-based creamers made of pea protein, etc. The coconut creamers changed the flavor of my coffee in a ghastly way and the pea protein left a pile of sediment at the bottom of my coffee cup. I also like the flavor of oat milk, but all the products I've found so far are too thin for my coffee -- they're better for drinking from a glass or pouring over cereal. Then I started buying half and half, but the shelf life is brief. So finally I bought this heavy cream powder from Amazon. The flavor is pretty good, and it feels rich and creamy enough to cut the acidity of my coffee without adding sugar, artificial thickeners, or a weird flavor. Just put the powder into an empty coffee mug, add drops of water gradually, stir until it becomes a creamy liquid, and then pour in your coffee.Like others have said, it will also be great for traveling. Getting through security check with a small baggie of white powder might be a challenge, though!

A richer for
I ran out of milk, so I replaced it with this heavy cream. It turned out with a richer flavor. Great to have! That also saved me time and money. I stayed home and used what I had. Thanks Anthony’s!😊

Works For Baking! NOT Tasty In Coffee!
I bought a bag of this Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder, 1 lb, Batch Tested Gluten Free, No Fillers or Preservatives, Keto Friendly, Product of USA.I live in a very rural mountain location. During winter and spring thaw, we are basically stuck at home for 4 to 6 weeks, due to impassable roads.I still NEED my 2 to 3 cups of coffee every day, but I also needed a good creamer back-up for when I can't get out to the store to buy my favorite Half and Half!I will NOT drink any of the so-called powdered jar coffee creamers, which are all disgustingly loaded with hydrogenated junk and weird chemicals. When I saw this Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder was made of ONLY pure dried cream, I thought that this would be an absolutely perfect solution for me and my coffee creamer habit.- - SO NOT SO! - -- For one, The 1st bag I bought was missing from the package when I got my order.- The 2nd bag was dated as expiring in 5 months, so not good for longer term back-up storage. I decided to give it a try now, since it needed to be used before the 5 month expiration.I read that for creamer, I'd need to mix it with a bit of water to make a slurry 1st. I did that, but it was super clumpy.- I added a splash of hot water into the mix, and that helped.- I tasted it before I added my coffee and it did NOT taste like cream. It tasted a bit salty and sour!- So, I added some fresh brewed coffee anyway!-- ICK! ICK! ICK! --- Not at all smooth and creamy in my coffee like the Half and Half that I am used to.Over the past few days I have tried to experiment in other way to get this stuff to work like a decent coffee creamer. It turns out NASTY every time! So, the rest of this bag I will be using for baking biscuits and pancakes, as it does work good for them. Will I buy more of the Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder? Naw... this stuff is totally NOT for me!I think I actually will just continue to keep a lot of cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk in storage for any coffee emergencies. That is actually more like a delicious treat to be using Sweetened Condensed Milk in my coffee, even though I normally don't like my coffee sweetened. It is a tastier solution for me than this gloppy, sour'ish Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder in my coffee. For baking though, the Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder works fine.

How handy to have powdered cream in my pantry, nothing is wasted
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I infrequently make a recipe that calls for heavy cream. I love having the powdered cream on hand because I can use just what I need and I'm not wasting anything. It doesn't seem as think as cream in a container would but it has worked well in every recipe I've used it in.
