MINIX P1 66W Turbo 3-Port GaN Travel Wall Charger USB C Fast Power Adapter

Only just arrived so not a long term review but very impressed so far. A quick look at my phone ChargeMeter app shows the usb-c providing over 5 amps and 25 W, this is well over double my other so called 67W fast chargers which provide under half this and its about 4 times most standard cheap chargers. The US style plug folds away nicely so the device is really tiny and will be great for my travels, the uk and eu plugs slide down n fit nicely but its not then quite as tiny n neat. My aim to not only fast charge my Redmi android but also my Microsoft Surface Pro via an adpater (elimating the need to talk the bulky charger and converter in my luggage), the Pro requires 45w so this looks like it should provide this no problem. UPDATE: It does ineed charge my Surface Pro fine via the USB-C port, greatlt reduces the chargers I need to pack on holidays etc. Results 1 x usb-c = 4.5v, 23w, 5.3A 2 x usb-c = 4.3v, 13w, 2.8A 2 x usb-c + usb-a = 4.2v, 5w, 1.2A

The Minix charger is an excellent addition to my tech accessories. This compact charger is perfect for both travel and home use. It features three ports — two USB-C and one USB-A — which makes it incredibly versatile for charging multiple devices simultaneously. It works flawlessly, delivers great power, providing a reliable and fast charge for all my gadgets without any issues. Plus, it doesn’t get too hot, even with all ports in use. I’ve been using it for 5 months and have had no problems at all. Its compact design means it doesn’t take up much space in my bag, making it ideal for traveling. Overall, this is a fantastic charger that meets all my needs, whether I'm at home or on the go.

I love this charger. It’s tiny. Still has a legacy usb a just in case. Nice slipcase for travelling with. Contains the relevant travel adaptors for us and eu. Update: 6 months after purchasing had an issue with the Uk adaptor plug. Contacted Minix who promptly replaced the adaptor. Fantastic customer service, quality product. Would recommend. The UK adaptor is small and a bit fragile, so worth taking care over, but most of the time it just works. Great on holiday - the only charger you need! Update 2: just checking this out again as I see that the new MacBook air is out and they are offering an £30 upgrade for a 67W USB C charger, or a 35W dual port charger. I considered the upgrade, but now realise this product that I own can probably work better than the Apple one. And would go well with the Midnight black...

I have had this charger for two months and it worked like a dream. It was everything that I was looking for until a few days ago when it stopped working. I liked this charger so much, I thought I had better contact customer services to see if there was a way to resolve the issue. Unfortunately after waiting for a number of days, still without a reply, I now feel compelled to right a review. When this charger works it's 10 out of 10 in terms of performance but for working for just two months 1 out of 10, especially since the company have not replied to my E-mail. Disappointing but that is exactly what has happened to me.

I generally agree with the positive reviews from others, this is a super compact solution for travel purposes. Furthermore, I specifically chose this one for use onboard plane AC outlets where logistically they can be restrictive in how the cables connect: if the cables come from the bottom or top when plugged in, there may not be room from them depending out how the outlet is oriented and situated. Sometimes larger wall wart style adapters won't even fit at all. Having the cables come out of the end, together with such a diminutive size, means that all bases are covered. While it will deliver 65W with only one USB C port connected, it reduces to 45W if either of the other ports are in use. This may or may not be a problem depending on how power hungry the laptop is that you're trying to power. Unless you have a demanding laptop, practically speaking this just means your laptop will just charge more slowly, but will still run perfectly well. Depending on the airline's AC outlet implementation, there may be little point in trying to pull much more power anyway. For example the Empower universal AC outlets used on many arlines are limited to 75W. By the time charger losses are taken into account, you're already close to maxing out the outlet's capabilities with this adapter. As others have said, this device definitely does support PPS. There does seem to be a slight anolmally with these Minix chargers and the universal adapters, in that they don't seem to click into place, so there is a risk that the charger slips off the adapter while in use if inadvertent force is applied: it's dependent on friction alone to hold in place. There's no safety risk as nothing is exposed, but it's something to be aware of. Considering this adapter has been around for some years now, it's still the smallest and lightest unit in its power class with multiple USB outlets. Mine weighs in at 117g with no adapters.

Superb, bought one in 2021 which is still going, and one last year for my daughter. Small, light, international, powerful - what's not to love!

Well made, small and still unobtrusive even with a UK plug attached. It feels solid in your hand. Quick charging with a conventional USB B and 2 USB C sockets. Really impressed with the charging speeds. Very happy with my purchase. Might have to get another as the family are fighting over it!

I bought this before travelling to Atlanta for just over two months in 2022/2023, and it works 100% without fault. Thankfully the device comes with EU, UK and US fittings so it was easy to keep my devices charged while travelling on trains, planes and at my final destination. I've taken it to every music production studio and everybody loves the small size. It does get warm which is to be expected so don't worry, its a great product and it sits in my travel bag for long and overnight travelling. Highly recommended.

Una buena forma de llevar un único cargador en lugar de cargar con el cargador del móvil, tablet, etc. Combínalo con un cable usb de 100W y tienes además cargador para el portátil, pudiendo dejar de lado el ladrillo que son los cargadores de portátil

Love this device. It’s the second one I get so I can have one in my daily backpack and a second one in my electronics bag for travel. As a professional travelling for work quite often, a charger with several outputs and small footprint is a must. It gets a bit warm from time to time, so I don’t let it plugged in hotel rooms without surveillance. Further than that, is the perfect device for travellers (except those going to South Africa or Australia regularly), works great with Microsoft Surface Pro, all iPads and smaller devices. Nearly one year with me and never failed in 4 different continents.

Compact et efficace, très qualitatif avec une petite housse pour le ranger. Fonctionne parfait avec mon pc et mon iPhone.
