Erin Condren Medical Treatment Planner, 7" x 9" Spiral Coiled Notebook and Prompted Health Tracker, Laminated Cover with Tabbed Sections for Medication Logs, Medical History and Appointment, 160 Pages

When I was student teaching someone gifted me an Erin Condren teacher planner and once you use anything Erin Condren there is no going back. Even though I am from the dark ages, way before cell phones and smart phones where you can schedule everything you want to on them, the planners and all other offerings she has have only gained momentum, certainly not lost any. I purchased this Medical Treatment Planner because I have Cancer and some other medical issues. I need to keep it all straight and at my hands when at the doctors office. For me to keep looking at a phone when I can literally either hand the doctor the book or have the office make copies of what they need is far easier in my opinion. Also, the PAPER IS TO DIE FOR!!! The gsm of the paper is 80 or 100. It’s so thick and writes so smoothly. When you lay pen to paper you’re going to glide along. I also like how this is set up. There is an area you can click on, on Amazon to see exactly each section. Believe me you won’t be disappointed. I purchase mine on here because I have prime and it saves me in shipping when I am not buying multiple items at once from her site. I think it’s a bit insulting after spending all that money that she wants you to spend on shipping. Nope not going to do it. But in any case I get it for free on here. You will be happy with this purchase if you have any illness to keep you medical information straight and its helpful for family members also to refer to in case you are unable to speak for yourself.

I love! So cute, just what I was looking for! Has a great variety of different types of pages! All are useful and the planner is so aesthetically pleasing, it makes me smile every time I look at! and it is good quality. Strong, durable, So satisfied!!

I usually don’t go into detail on reviews, but this one seems important as it has to do with our health. I bought this on a flash sale even though there weren’t any pics (except the cover). I liked the cover as it was discreet. Seven years ago when I was diagnosed (with BC) the first time I built my own cancer planner. This one is good for keeping track. To make this perfect I’d add a pocket or a sleeve. Under “Appointments” tab (each page has three appointments) I’d like to see a header with “who I am seeing” & “date”; there should also be a blank sheet in between for notes at that appointment (the three lines given aren’t enough). The other three tabs are “Treatments (for Dr info), Trackers (for your meds) & Notes (blank, lined pages)”. Overall it’s a great planner!

It suited my purpose. I also brought a second one.

Bought this for my sister. She loves it. The only thing I would have added is a couple of envelopes to put receipts/documents in.

My daughter chose this for me so I can keep track of my treatment. It has more than I expected and is going to be very helpful in my journey. I love that I can write down my care team, treatments, medications and appointments. It has a spot for your cancer characteristics/type and treatment options. It also has blank lined pages I can use as a journal to track how I feel or any issues I need to discuss with my physicians. I just love it

I purchased this planner for my recent diagnosis of Stage 1 Breast cancer. I love how I can keep all my important medical and personal information all in one place, it is not too big to take with me to my appointments and I don't have to worry about writing down information in other notebooks which I was doing and had 3 notebooks going at the same time. If you want one planner to help ease any medical journey don't hesitate... it is so worth the money :-)

I got this because I take care of my mom & we see a lot of specialists. I needed a way to keep contact info, appts & notes organized. This book had the best reviews for what we needed. Specifically for something to guide my adhd brain. I get distracted by to much information and need to stay organized. I did buy some tabs separately to make it a bit easier. I don’t use every section as intended, so the tabs are helpful. The quality of the book is great, I keep it with me pretty much all the time, so it’s in & out of my bag constantly and holds up well. The pages are good quality, not too thin. The outer cover is plastic, but sturdy. It’s a good design. I personally would have liked the patient information to be the very first page, but it works as is. More than enough space for keeping track of everything and over all easy to use. It’s well made and I can see this lasting at least a few years. 4 stars only because it would be so helpful to have a couple of pockets inside the cover and maybe a small elastic loop to keep a pen. But even not having those things specifically this is a great way to stay organized
