I started taking these pills 6 months ago as my levels where still high 258, I changed my diet a little, cut out fried egg breakfast, switched to the healthy type cereals, tried to keep away from high fatty meats a bit more, buy small ice creams, if you have to eat junk food out buy one and share it there is more than enough for two people and its fun, just some common sense things easy to do, and I take a short bicycle ride when I can, I experienced no side effects from the pills. this combination has done the following for me Cholesterol (120-200mg) jan 2014 258 Dec 2014 186, I feel better for the simple changes, I doubt the pill alone will do it but a combination of simple changes made a huge difference to me, good luck.

I have now taken this for 3 months. I take it as directed and added turmeric. My cholesterol went from 235 to 179. So the combination definitely worked. I took this on my doctors recommendation. I’m glad that I didn’t have to go on a statin which can be a nasty drug. I tried another brand which caused muscle aches. This brand did not do that. Just an FYI I did combine taking this with diet and exercise.

This 600 mg red yeast rice product used to have a standardized minimum 1.7% total monacolins. The new product - the new label tipped me off - has a standarized 0.39% total monacolins, which is 23% of the old product. Used to take one tablet. Now would have to take four tablets. Buyer beware!

I was taking the Red Yeast Rice plus a CoQ10 tablet. I like that I only need to take one pill and can get the benefit of both items. Also, taking this combination has really reduced my cholesterol using a more natural approach. Very happy!

It has lowered my cholesterol by leaps and bounds. i've been on it for about three years and eat whatever I want. My sister and nephew had high cholesterol and after talking with their doctor decided to try it. Three months later -- cholesterol perfect. There are other brands which do not work.

Great product. Lowered my LDL by 50% after 2 months. I've been using this for 6 months now and will continue to do so. The best part is that I didn't have the muscle aches I did with other statin products.
