Looked at multiple reviews, conducted lots of research and MagnumEnergy seemed the best. Even techs with decades of experience recommended this unit. Ordered the unit January 6th and it arrived with all the parts. Installed and it did not work, would not even turn on. It had power as the new control panel cycled but reported multiple errors. Returned the unit and they received it on February 15th. Now Boat and RV supplier will not refund us over $2,300. We normally have success, we are a higher volume member. You’d think Amazon would want to keep customers. We’re considering our options especially after there is no customer service contact info on the website.
