I need a unit to monitor whether Heat has gone below my furnace setting in a second home so I will get alerts on my cell phone?

hello, it will not be related this unit, it is belings to your fire alarm panel. simplex may have that option. but that product can be use most for commercial building ti work with system not a standalone.
