Great charging dock/3port usb hub
This is a great charging dock for my iPhone, and it also is a great usb charger. I originally was looking for a plain USB Hub so that I could only plug in one USB plug at a time, when pulling my work laptop to go, instead of having to do at least 3 different plugs to take it with me. (Mouse, keyboard, and small USB fan and iPhone!)When I saw this dock, i knew it was meant for me, with the iPhone charging dock! I knew it didn't have a connection to the computer, but for me that is fine, I only wanted the charging component. I don't want to sync my personal iPhone to my work laptop, and this does exactly what i want.I've never had a problem with the USB components, everything works perfectly. The shipping was fast and the product works fantastically!

Doesn't work right.
I bought this item thinking I would be able to charge all of my phones and old I pod from one station. The item will not charge my I phone 6 when using a plugged into the USB in the back. I have also had difficulties charging my Samsung Galaxy 6S when plugged in. The only it will charge is my old IPod. I would not buy this item and look for something that works.

At last!
A USB station that really works with MAC. Out of the the box, no brainer to use. On thing thing I dislike is that my Itouch won't fit in the dock when it is in it's case. (I use happily an Otterbox)

recessed charge area would not fit my iphone 4s with case on it.returned for full refundno further comment

Not very useable
I expected a dock which could be used with my iPhone. But sync does not work. On page 4 of the manual is written: "Note: the charging dock does not allow an iPod/iPhone to sync with a connected computer"

Great Product
Product out preformed my expectations. Easy to use, opened it and used it right away. It really makes for less clutter on my desk and with the additional USB ports I'm able to plug 3 other devices into the charger. Couldn't ask for a better product.

Do No Buy the Charging Dock & 3-Port USB Hub
Warning: Do not buy the Charging Dock & 3-Port USB Hub. I'm confused to as why there are reviews for other CyberPower products here. They bury the other 1-star reviews which warn about shorting out external hard drives, which just occurred to me. I just lost my trust WD external hard drive and am now scrambling to recover the lost data.Even if the product worked, read the description carefully. It is a charging dock for an iphone, with a USB hub. You would assume that since you are connecting the hub to a computer, you would be able to sync the iphone! Alas, it clearly states that it does not sync the iphone, my mistake.I'm almost afraid to return it in fear that it might be resold to some other unsuspecting customer. I cannot caution everyone enough. Make sure to read all the 1-star ratings.
