It’s not overpowering or artificial — just a gentle, soothing smell that helps me unwind before bed. Two or three sprays on my pillow are enough to make the whole bed feel cozy and peaceful. 🔹 Actually Helps With Sleep What surprised me is how quickly it helps me settle down. I normally struggle to switch off at night, but using this spray has made me feel calmer and more relaxed. I fall asleep noticeably faster on the nights I use it.

Use this every night. Always make sure I have it. Absolute sleep health must for me. Doesn't cause skin irritation or have any unnatural smells. Adore.

Shame the delivery driver threw the parcel over my back gate! the box is damaged so now can't give it as part of a present. Actual items are nice but smaller than I thought they would be, but they are a good price. Can't be bothered to send it back so its going to the charity shop. Will try again and order the bigger versions and hope for a proper delivery at my front door.

Both of these sprays smell amazing. The lavender and chamomile one is very similar to the same brand sleep cream. Beautiful scent and relaxing to smell. I’m glad I bought the two pack of smaller sizes, as I wasn’t sure if it was worth buying the full sizes, but they will absolutely be on my wish list for when these run out.

I use this all the time. I spray my pillow every night. I like the breathable one it is good for clearing your nose. Everyone should try these they really work.

Only a 3 . Product fine and value for money but parcel was left on doorstep in pouring rain and packaging fell apart while opening. On the Amazon report it stated parcel handed to resident but not true as we were out at the time.

I'm in sleep spray expert because I've tried most on the market. I purchased the small double pack of Feather & Down so that I could try both scents. I will tell you that these sprays have the best scents, they have few ingredients and don't have that "chemically produced smell" that the average spray in the US has. I believe that is because all the other sprays are manufactured in China. This spray is made in England where they are more strict about chemicals. If you value your health and sleep as much as I do, give this a try and thank me later.
