![Leapfrog Letter Factory Adventures: Great Shape Mystery [DVD + Digital]](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51ovuG-xrkL.jpg)

In this video, children see how Tad and Lily use what they know about 2D shapes to learn about 3D shapes. Sharing food provides a meaningful context to introduce fractions as equal parts of a whole. Children also observe many different ways to measure things. Review: Great movie to introduce 3D shapes! - My son loves this DVD and asks to play it over and over again. Tad, Lily, and friends go on an adventure to find the missing shapes to Professor Quigly's shape machine. There adventure looks very similar to an Indiana Jones - type of adventure. They first talk about 2D shapes and then they go on to discover 3D shapes: cylinder, cube, sphere, and my son's favorite: the octahedron. They have to solve puzzles to find the next shape clue. In doing so, the videos teaches concepts about fractions as well. Leap Frog did a good job with this one in my opinion. It was enough of a plot to keep you entertained. Professor Quigly never even appears in this movie... He has somehow mysteriously gone away, but his robot and his office remain. I liked that the Professor wasn't in this one because sometimes his presence can make the movie a tad bit baby and cheesy. I would recommend this film for ages 3.5 to 6 and at that age, the cheesy baby stuff gets a bit old. Review: Great learning video - Our 3 year old grandson loves this

Leapfrog never fails
My son is a four year old nonverbal autistic. LeapFrog is heaven-sent. This movie alone he watches over and over and over again and this has been for years. I love the songs and that they actually engage your child. There is constant learning and he now knows what a circle is. We own all of the LeapFrog DVDs and will probably never get rid of them. If you are in doubt what to get your child's definitely get them on LeapFrog

2D and 3D shapes... lots of academic vocabulary and kid friendly
My one-year-old and five-year-old love this cartoon. I appreciate that it goes into both two dimensional and three dimensional shapes. It gives them a lot of academic vocabulary like corners and angles. It also helps them to see the geometric shapes in the real world and do problem-solving. Great music too! Great cartoon!

Awesome way to introduce kids to shapes
Love this DVD. It was a great way to start talking about shapes with my kids. I homeschool them so I am always trying to find fun ways to teach. As we barely have screen time, I love that the little we do, they are learning something. Your kids won’t even feel like they are learning while watching it.

Very educational
My child now can name the shapes of items and is getting better with colors. All the Leapfrog DVD's are very beneficial to my child's education. I highly recommend them along with Blaze, Super Wings, and Paw Patrol movies and books. Video's are a great educational tool, however they work best when combined with other teaching methods. I'm homeschooling my child who is Autistic and these really have been a blessing.

Rubbish!!!! Purchased this for my nephew who has Autism, he was so excited waiting for its arrival, when finally arrived it was not compatible with UK DVD, how do you explain that to a child who has ASD!! I would not give any stars I'd possible but have to put one star to submit....
