Good
This was good so second time i ordered but that person did not deliver the product.When delivery person came I was not available at home so asked to give it to an aunt who stayed at my home 3rd floor and I even gave OTP but that person did not deliver the product.Prepaid product no money return back and no product which irritated me a lot.So one thing I learnt is cash on delivery is good.All delivery persons are not same I learnt now.

It taste good. But for me it doesn't work out. I tried it for three months but i started gaining weight rather loosing.. But it kept filling for long time

Love the product
Love the taste and hassle free preparation. It does keep me satiated for a few hours but for weightloss we have to have complete control over the rest of the food we eat. Didn’t work for me but comes to aid as late night food when I don’t have anything else to eat.
