Really good. Surprisingly so!
This is genuinely delicious! It actually amazed me to find it's as good, though different, as the Hotel Chocolat 100%. It's a much milder and creamier flavour profile, and I love both. You have to be as generous in your serving as you are with the Hotel sachets, ie., 30 grams for a small mug. The packaging is a little frustrating, it looks great but it's ever so slightly too snug, so you can't easily get the lid back on. But that's by the by. Buy this right now.

Very Nice!
Overall, I really like this hot chocolate, and is so far my favourite. There are some small chunks of chocolate, but I've actually found they dissolve quite easily with a small hand whisk. Recommended!

Lovely product - but expensive! You need to put in several spoonfuls just to achieve a moderate chocolate taste.

This chocolate is so bitter
I tried this in our velvetiser for me it was undrinkable it is so bitter it is definitely pure dark flakes , excellent item just not to my taste

Delicious but defiantly do jot need 8-10 teaspoons 2 is great
Hard to give up once tried. Why on earth the directions say 8-10 teaspoons is beyond me. I think it is perfect with just two teaspoons full. Makes it last a lot longer so I can keep buying it 😊

Love it
I love this product - I don’t actually use it to make hot chocolate, I use it as sprinkles over porridge, to add to chillis, add to spice mixes, and my breads. It’s endlessly useful!
