It comes in a small box so it appears as if the Swiffer stick is missing. But it’s broken down and packed so that package is small. I almost returned it thinking it was the wrong thing. Good quality, fresh wipes. Highly recommend!

It is very easy to assemble and use. Light weight but sturdy. Knuckle type joint at the bottom enables to reach every nook and corner easily. Traps dust and debris and the result is a clean floor. What else is expected from a world class company. I like it.

this swiffer was missing parts of the handle making it too short to use as designed. Worse, amazon does not allow returns so I am stuck with a useless item at full price.

El trapeador llegó a tiempo y en buen estado. Muy bien accesorio para trapear, práctico y con varios recambios, fácil de usar, llega a todos los lugares especialmente abajo de muebles, el único pero que le pongo es que la parte plana no es tan pesada así que se debe de pasar varias veces para asegurarse que quede limpio.

The item is although good, as used this before in the US, but the price charged is too high. The item was shipped from Amazon’s Osaka fulfillment center, but don’t know why the item was charged so high (2x of US price). Not value for money.
