This is great, you can really feel the burn but not in a bad way. It has menthol scent,like a cream when you put when your back hurts. I put it in my belly did two work outs and i didn't sweat were I put the cream. I was only sweating from my back because I put a faja that helps me sweat and didn't do nothing.
