Review: Great makeup primer for half the cost of "higher-end" alternatives - Unconventionally, I use this a facial primer prior to applying my makeup. I had read that this had a similar effect to DHC's velvet skin coat primer for half the price, so of course I was intrigued and scooped it right off desertcart! To my pleasure, this keeps my face matte throughout the day, is silky smooth upon application, unscented, DOES NOT make me break out, and is comparable to other "high-end" primers. I would argue that the DHC just feels a bit more silkier/cosmetically elegant, but the effects were quite similar. I have tried primers from Smashbox, Urban Decay, and ELF. This product still preserves my makeup the same, although I still have to blot 2 times a day like with all primers except my Hourglass primer. I will be using this on a daily basis while saving my Hourglass primer for special occasions. This unconventional product turned out to be wonderfully useful for my beauty needs!

I can't tolerate the heat and have tried everything under the sun for heat rashes, etc. But this product is the best I have ever found. I highly recommend it to everyone. I ordered through desertcart and got 5 boxes. You only need a small amount per area so this will last me quite awhile. The price on desertcart is way cheaper than in the drugstores. Shipping was quick and easy.
