I bought this to cut food for my wife as she is partially paralyzed. Sometimes those restaurant knife’s just don’t cut it. Knife is just as advertised. Highly recommend

I carry this knife with me in my bag because it can be annoying when I’m served something in a restaurant that really calls for a sharp knife, but I’m only given a butter knife. Having this super sharp foldable knife really solves that little problem. It’s ideal.

Perfect --- except for the absence of instructions explaining how to close the knife. In the end I found a video explanation on google. This knife is exceptionally sharp, so you should not experiment with the closing.
