I ordered the Maybelline in midnight blue for when my new glasses arrived. The first coat I put on to be honest looked more deep dark purple than actually midnight blue. As I added another coat it just went darker. So although I do like this lippy, it isn’t a real bold blue colour, the lipstick before applying looks blue, and comes in a blue covering which is plastic kind of material.. Doesn’t seem to dry my lips out to much, and isn’t sticky. I paid a decent price for this, so in that respect these lipsticks are good value. Stays on fairly well, that is until I drink a cup of tea, then starts coming off. This is a Matt colour and a bold look.
