The quality is excellent and it is very simple to install. You may have to adjust the tension screw once in a while as it can loosen over time. This device really helps as a throttle lock. It does not maintain constant speed but keeps the throttle locked at the position you choose. You will need to give it more throttle when climbing hills.

Where can I purchase additional Silicone Rings ?

Use some silicone ear gauges. They make whatever size you need.

If you have it locked and use the front brakes, does it give it more throttle?

the front brake is just a stop for cruise control you can turn throttle back very easy just set adjuster to just barley makes throttle stick. good luck be safe
