Bought this to control a heated towel rail.Easy to fit. Easy to programme. Does what it says on the tin. Would recommend.

Difficult to program , could not get mine to work, returned for a refund

Switch was working well but after only 9 months it's stopped working.have tried to contact the supplier to get a replacement as it must be still in warranty. At first they told me to send it back through the Amazon app by request a refund.this doesn't work as I've had it too long.and now they don't reply my messages. don't buy this switch it doesn't last and definitely don't buy of these people I brought from.i will be buying a mechanical switch as a replacement hopefully it will last longer.

This has worked very well for our system to turn lights on and off at a pre programmed time. However, the display is really small and needs a magnifying glass to see it! Other than that works well.

No British Summer Time (daylight saving) auto adjustment so the time has to be set twice a year which is a pain. I didn't find it intuitive to program. But once the unit is programmed it works well enough.

Having read the instructions the word block was mentioned and so set the programs for when I didn't want the water to be on, thinking the times were for a water production block. However with a massive leap in electricity consumption over 4days I now believe that I have actually had it on for the hours I actually wanted it to be blocked. The instructions are not clear about this and if anyone can clarify I would be delighted to hear from you.

After fitting unit found the display instructions very very hard to navigate due to the size of font, had to take out the unit because my elderly customers would find it impossible to change settings.A good looking product, easy installation, clear information in the pamphlet not on the unit.
