Does this fit on enkei rpf-1 17"? accoring to spec it's bore size is 73mm not 73.1mm

The OD of rings are 73.1.the actual diameter is around 73. because it is negative tolerance. so it will fit enkei wheel with CB 73mm because wheels CB is positive tolerance. 0.1mm is around the thickness of one sheet of A4 paper.

Nissan 370Z is with Hub bore 66.1mm, and I am not sure the center bore of the wheels you are using . Can you mearsure the diameter with a caliper? if it is 73.1 , you can use this hubrings 73.1-66.06.

Do these fit a 2012 fiat 500?

2012 Fiat 500 center bore is 58.1. so these rings wont fit. need to find some rings with ID 58.1 and th OD must match your wheel center bore.
