Switched 4 wire with 5 wire
It worked when I plugged it in then errored. I switched the #4 wire and the #5 wire by pushing the pins back through the holes and switching them and pulled them through the holes in to position. It worked after that

Poor quality
Didn't function or heat properly. Was a return item.

Make sure it has the right pins
Ordered the product thinking the pin sequence was standard, it was not. Did not work with my PID but that was my fault for not checking. Good quality cable, might resolder the pins to correct the sequence.
