We ferment the dough for at least 12 hrs, it changes slightly depending on the weather. **Q: Is it soggy or goey?** A: No. This bread isn't soggy or goey. As the directions read, it must be kept refrigerated or frozen. If taken out of the fridge you get best results when you spray a little canola or olive oil or pam spray on aluminum foil and toast on each side for 3 minutes. If you want a browned toast result then toast longer and just keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. If taken out of the freezer just let the slice(s) sit out for about 5 minutes and follow the above toasting instructions. The bread is rather small in size so per serving is not a value at all. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clean and tasty! *by H***L on December 7, 2021* After being diagnosed with hashimotos after months of suffering from full body hives triggered by gluten intolerance as well as some other food sensitivities (such as egg and dairy) I was so excited to FINALLY find a bread that was not only gluten free, but also vegan. It has minimal ingredients and still has the chewy texture of sourdough once toasted. I love that I can make avocado toast again or a piece of toast with pecan butter and a little drizzle of honey. Definitely recommend. Only thing that would make this company even better was if they developed an allergy Friendly, gluten free and vegan cinnamon/raisin bread because I have yet to find that as an option anywhere.
