This is a good product at an affordable price, and it saves you all the time and hair breakage that you would spend teasing and creating volume. it's just not what I was looking for exactly. When I put the teeth of the barrette in my hair and styled the "bump" was just too big for my liking. I need a bump with my length long-ways, its only 3 inches and long and 1.5 inches high and just doesn't look natural enough after stylin. Well disguised for sure and I had no trouble with it staying put.

So these are pretty genius. I love the idea, my problem is that the clips do not stay whatsoever. I made them work for me though, I cut the padding off of the clip and use bobby pins to stick them in my hair. I have thin hair so when I use these to give myself volume, I got so many compliments. So if you want to go through the trouble to cut them off of the clip, they really do work. If you don't want to cut them, save yourself the money because the clips will not stay

These worked very well to create a fuller looking updo. I brought them with me to the hairstylist and it made the whole style so easy, I might have been able to do it myself! We simply but my hair in a ponytail at the top back of my head and pushed the two of these into either side. Then curls were made with a curling iron and easily pinned into the sponges. With very little hairspray-- the style stayed put throughout the wedding and hours of crazy dancing. When I finally took my hair down in the wee hours of the morning, my scalp hurt a bit, but I actually had a cascade of nice flowing curls!

I guess I'm just not good at putting up my hair because these looked stupid every time and any way I tried them. I have thick wavy hair and I thought my hair would look cute with these in, but I just look like some weird chick with an alien head. Yep, probably going in the trash.

I used these on a bride for her wedding. It created the perfect amount of added volume that could not be achieved naturally with her own hair. Product matched the colors depicted in the image. Worth the money for the 2 pack! Would buy again

Both were already pulling away from the comb. Not sure what glue they used, but they were both "broken" when I got them. Had to get the hot glue out and fix them and keep my fingers crossed they would stay put.

These work fine, but I ordered brown and got blonde, so...

quality okay. prob too high$$ one sponge already came off. bummer
