Was really disappointed to see one of the knives was rusted when it arrived at the hilt which was difficult to clean off even with vinegar. I purchased these because my sister had purchased them a few years ago and the ones she received sliced through vegetables wonderfully. After seeing how well hers worked I decided to get a set too. The company must have lowered their standards because the ones i received were no better than the average kitchen knife. If I had known they were this mediocre I would not have purchased them.
