Meyer Non Stick Aluminium Omelette Pan/Tamagoyaki Egg Pan (18cm, Orange)

I highly recommend this pan. It is small for sure, BUT that’s why it produces the most delightful and elegant and cute Japanese style omelette. I think the size is also best for people who have never made Japanese style omelette before because it’s way easier to fold over using a regular spatula compared to a wider pan. I made omelettes stuffed (often over-stuffed) with all sorts of things, it never sticks, omelette comes out looking perfect every time. This can make omelettes with as many as 4 medium eggs (without stuffing) or 2-3 eggs (with stuffing). I often stuff these with seaweed sheets and then wrap the whole omelette in rice paper and then slice them up and pack neatly in lunch boxes. I love it that such a specialty pan is made available in India by Meyer. The outer colour and nonstick coating look very high quality. And like all nonstick pans, care needs to be taken while washing to lengthen its life. My pan is never scoured and it looks as good as new.

Personally have always preferred Meyer to other brands, unfortunately not satisfied with this product, as for an Indian family it’s way too small. Please check the dimensions before ordering. Quality is excellent.

Very happy with the size, the quality of the non stick coating and the sturdiness of the handle and pan. It was more expensive than other pans bit I really trust Meyer as a brand. It is worth it.

A bit deceptive marketing in that the pics make it look square but it is rectangular. This makes it so that you can barely fit 2 regular Slice breads there to make an omelet sandwich, thus making it useless for my purposes. The handle is also too heavy so it tips over easily. Otherwise decent

A wonderful pan, as always the Japanese improve everything and make it better. I usually have two egg omelettes every morning but this pan can easily make upto 3 or 4 eggs too if the need arises. Do not put in the dishwasher or scrub with metal wool and dont use a metal spoon on this beauty and it should last you a long time. The finish is clean and high quality. Makes breakfast delightful.

Been 6 months using it . No complaints! The paint doesn't come off, it is non stick (very good) just as told. It's the best tamagoyaki pan ever!. I'll buy the same but bigger whenever it's available.
