Easy to Use and Remove
I haven't really been able to put this lockout product to compete use yet.. however testing this lockout product, it looks like when it's time to use this item, it will serve it's purpose then.

It's good for keeping tenants from using basement lights that's not on there electric account

arrived jammed/broken
seems like people might be returning these after picking them, leaving all of the pins loose inside. 3 out of the 5 i ordered are unable to be opened, and i can hear the pins rattling around if i shake them. the key won't turn at all, even after plenty of silicone lubricant, hammering, and elbow grease.

Missing a pin
This was supposed to be a 6 pin lock how ever. The #1 chamber had no spring or driver pin. Which turned it into a 5 pin lock with no by-pass wafer.
