I’ve taken multiple 10-15 hour flights this year and knew I needed a cushion for my most recent trip. This one made all the difference! At the end of the flight, I didn’t have any soreness in my tailbone, which made it well worth the money. I’m on the petite side, so I chose the slim option. The cushion is made with thick foam, so it is a bit bulky, but that also means you don’t have to worry about it flattening out during a long trip. Which is a big plus! The soft velvet cover makes it nice to sit on and my tailbone and back feel supported while in use. One thing to keep in mind is that the cushion does raise you up a bit in your seat. Since I’m only 5’1”, my head reached about the middle of the headrest while using the cushion. A taller person may find themselves sitting even higher. The cushion fit easily into my carry-on and folds out to a standard-sized seat cushion. I also had no issues fitting it comfortably on the airplane seat. I highly recommend this cushion for travel. It really works wonders, especially on long flights!

I feel like I have tried every single kind/brand/size/shape of cushion like this for air travel and this is the only one I've found that is actually comfortable at any price point. Now, I'm able to do 5+ hour flights with this thing without the brutal tailbone pain I've dealt with over the years. I'm a bigger guy, (5'11" / 230lbs) and this cushion was both big enough for my frame and small enough to fit on your average airplane seat without bumping up against your row-mates, which is really hard to pull off. Love that it folds in half and doesn't have to be inflated or pumped up, (those kind of cushions have often broken/punctured on me and frankly, they're a pain in the you-know-what, to use) but I do wish it was a wee bit smaller when folded as getting it into a backpack or crossbody is possible, but not easy. However, it kinda has to have some bulk to it to do its job so well so it's an acceptable compromise, IMO. I usually attach it to a carabiner on the rear of my backpack by its little closure tab/snap thingee and it stays out of the way just fine. Just ignore all the others and get this one. It's reasonably priced, good quality, and most importantly IT ACTUALLY WORKS!

If you have lower spine/tailbone issues, like degenerative disc disease or herniated discs, or even a fractured disc, this is the cushion for you! I have a bigger one by a different manufacturer but it doesn’t work as well. This one is compact and comes with a carrier bag. It is airline approved and fits in a small airline seat just fine. This is a great cushion, relieves and prevents pain.

Excellent and used for travel!

The cushion is not comfortable. It is also too wide for a standard airplane seat. That’s a problem for a travel cushion. I’m returning it.

Bulkiness is this products only downside. I flew to Japan and back recently from Chicago in Economy and this was a life saver! No sore back or butt, and the pad didn’t overheat from body temperature. My tailbone was perfectly supported and no pressure on it. Because it is bulky, it is another thing to carry, but it’s super lightweight. It was nice though as it doubled as an extra pillow at one hotel because I only had one on the bed. It’s storage bag is like a backpack so easy to sling over your back.

I was really happy with this cushion. Used it for a 16 hour flight to Asia and was able to sleep much more than usual. Took pressure off my butt and tailbone. Slept well on the 14 hour flight back. Currently using it on the chair in my home office. Folds up to a decent size. I brought it on the flight as my carry-on item.

Cushion works great! It's been very helpful in relieving hip/gluteal pain while seated. Highly recommend!

The product is highly quality but the problem for me was to soft! And because of that after few minutes seating in it my coccyx is touching the seat and the pain is bad.

Definitely makes a difference, highly recommend if having spine issue

It’s very soft & supportive.

Arrived packaged in bag, not box. Think it’s expensive for a Very rigid product.. I tried to get used to it but found no relief for coccyx=item returned.
