I gave these three stars because they are as described, came on time and nothing wrong with the construction, quality, design etc. however they made no difference for my knees or ankles during yoga/Pilates. That doesn’t mean they will not help someone else, but my mistake was thinking I needed something that I didn’t just sink into, whereas what actually helps me is some 2.99 Aldi gardening mat things. However, the issue with those is that you need good stability - which I have - these might be better for people who are less bony than I am and/or still need something stable to be on one knee/wrist.

These are perfect knee rests - even for folk with large frames. Super solid yet soft enough to enable safe movement.

I was a little apprehensive in buying these because of some reviewers saying they felt hard… but they feel perfect to me. Prior to these, I used a thin mat in the gym (pictured) and these are about twice as thick is that mat and provide much more cushion. My knees aren’t great either so I definitely feel it when I don’t have cushion under them. They were great for my knees and my head. I do a lot of headstands and these work great for that as well. My only complaint would be the shape and the floral designs. I would prefer the outer shape to be a circle, matching the inner and with no designs. But I knock any stars off that because they work as promised and appear to be great quality.
