Very pleased!

Very helpful post run
This roller is easy to use on yourself. The length is perfect for standing or seated rolling out all parts of the leg. It's very effective in relieving post run soreness or spasms. I like the separate rollers; the effect is better than just using a solid foam roller.

This is my first muscle roller, so I don't have much to compare to, but I really like this. It seems very well constructed and feels as though it will last a long time. I keep it at my desk at work to roll out muscles from the previous evening's workout while I'm sitting on my butt in from of a computer. For the price, I'd recommend it for sure!

Best one of bought so far. It's sturdy, from and feels well made. The best thing out this one is the flat roller that really allow you to work a muscle. You cal roll over it or roll up to a TP and really work on it to break it up. Doesn't pull the hair out on my legs either! Would buy again.

Who'd of thought?
It's great! I couldn't get down on the floor anymore to use the heinous foam roller. My chiropractor suggested a massage stick. I've started using it twice a day. Before bed helps me get to sleep.
