I received the item an hour ago. Packaged well and all items matched Product Description on Amazon.I PAID FULL PRICE FOR THIS PUPPY!I read the instructions and polished my teeth.I am pretty fortunate in that, while my teeth aren't Hollywood Dazzling, they are healthy and all mine.If I can figure out how to add photos, I would like to because the difference of 'Before and After' are quite remarkable.I also used the Dental Picks and removed some pretty nasty stuff from behind my front teeth.I can suck air through my bottom teeth now. Insert Smiley Face here...that's a joke. :)It seems that all of these portable teeth polishers don't get stellar reviews for different reasons.I selected this one because of it's small head size so that it can reach ALL my teeth. Also, I wanted the Dental Picks.I did not give it 5 Stars because I would like it to be Water-Proof. I hope that I don't drool it to death.Also, do not think that you'll easily return the Dental Picks into the Carrying Case. I purchased this set because I have some background training in dental care and wanted to get a set of scalers to help maintain my teeth between professional cleanings.The package arrived in a seperate, sealed plastic envelope from Stardust. Quality is high, scalers are sharp and the polisher gives you the exact amount of speed vs pressure that is required for proper use. Other reviewers either have a faulty unit or they don't understand that you an actually damage your teeth if the unit spun faster and you accidentally left it on one tooth for too long.I would have given this product 5 stars, except it did not come with the pictured Polish mint cups. You can not use the polisher if you do not have the polish cups. I do not appreciate the vendor misleading it's consumers with great product pictures and then not disclosing that all items pictured are not included.

The tips are very soft and so make it hard to really give the polishing paste much compression up against the teeth (without having all the paste just ooze out the sides). Does function but would take an extreme amount of time to really get a good polishing out of it.

I've purchased this because I wanted to take care of the coffee stain on my lower front teeth. According to my dentist my teeth has a bumpy surface and it can be easily cleaned. Just that it won’t clean by just brushing my teeth. So every time I visit her for checkup she did it for me and it took less than 1min to clean. I got this product which looks and feels exactly like she what uses and it took me 30 seconds to get rid of my stain! Good thing about the machine is that I don’t have to put chemicals all over my teeth when I have a very specific small spot I would like to clean. And no appointments and waiting at the dentist. I think I will use this regularly every couple months or so, cuz that’s around the time the coffee stain comes back. Plus, the small dentist mirror thingy is a great bonus. I’ve always thought it would be cool to have one and now I’m able to see all the way back of my wisdom tooth.

Do not listen to the questions on this product. It DOES NOT come with the polish. It clearly states what is included. But the questions answered are misleading because it says it does come with 5 mint flavored ones. It doesn't.

The main item, the polisher, is under-powered. Very little resistance will shut it down completely.

I have irregular lower front teeth that are very prone to stains. So I thought I'd give this product a try. To my surprise, right after I used it, those teeth appeared just about as stain free as after I go to the dentist; well about 95% at least. I highly recommend this device. Someone reported that the device works sluggishly "like a turtle" but that surely is not true. It is efficient, works well, does a clean and good job. It is staying with me. Plus the professional dental tools are a huge bonus. I got more than my money's worth. The cleaning paste slips off easily though, is the only thing; got to keep scooping it back under the brush.

Quite an underwhelming product. Appreciate the effort to provide a consumer teeth polisher but the unit struggled to even rotate with the 2 AAA batteries. Perhaps the unit was just defective, but it did not work for me so I returned it.
