"Three different sizes for any rigging job " does not mean a 3 PIECE SET !
The product description is a bit ambiguous in that it implies that I would be purchasing a 3 piece set "...comes in three different sizes for any rigging job..." when in fact, I must conclude, those different sizes are available but do not make up a set since I received only a single grommet. There's even an image of the three different sizes as part of the product description. Caveat emptor!

Quick fix for car stereo antenna problem!
I recently bought the car I've wanted for a long time, a BMW Z3 convertible. The previous owner replaced the radio antenna and he replacement did not have a rubber grommet so the opening in the sheet metal of the rear fender was just a hole. This worked perfectly to slide over the antenna and rests at the base of the antenna against the fender, keeping it relatively water tight and looks much better.

Works good
I use it on my boat to run wires through the dash. The reason I gave it 4/5 is because the quality could be better. Don't get me wrong it works fine, just rough around the edges and the slots that are cut in the center are not on center. I would recommend these for hiding wire openings, and guarding wires from sharp edges.

The item works perfectly, it took the seller 3 x longer to get it to me. I buy another one but from someone else

Nice way to finish off a hole where you want to run a cord through. Small diameter hole in center though.
Nice trim ring for finishing off a hole where I wanted to run an extension cord through a wall. Due to the small diameter opening, I used a side-cutter to "clip" one side of the perimeter so I could slip the cord into the center of the grommet and then screw it to the wall. The hole was too small to fit the plug end through without making the cut.

Used for fish finder cables for kayak
Worked great for running my fish finder cables through the dash of my kayak. The big 1" diameter heads of the cable connections were a snug fit to get through this, but it gave just enough to allow them through. Made for a nice clean install.
